Happy with the workout. First time hitting the 57 VDOT paces in a long time. Hope to keep it rolling.
Good 5k indicator workout, last Summer i did 5x1000 in 16:56 and a week later ran 16:58. Looks like you are in PR shape, good stuff.

Yeah I don't want to get my hopes up much but things have started to come along nicely. I'll give it a go at An Ras Mor in a few weeks and see how it goes.
