Nice easy long solo run. The weather was extremely conducive especially considering it is summer.
8 loops around the OM 2-mile course. 4 anti-clockwise and 4 clock-wise.
I stopped once after 8 miles for about 30 seconds to take water and eat a cliff-shot.
The run went very well until about the last half mile when I unfortunately twisted my left foot and injured the ankle. It was painful and it swelled despite the icing. I will rest it and see whether it will be recovered enough to run the Baltimore 10-miler after 2 days on Saturday. Keeping my fingers crossed.
