Planned to do at OMHS track but soccer game there. Moved to one side of All Fruit Relay course.
Original plan from coaches:-
1 x 800m warm-up (group) = 800m
6 x 800m repeats = 4800m
6 x 400m recovery = 2400m
Total Meters = 8000m or 4.97 Miles
1 x 2.03 Mile loop around Oakland Mills
Total Distance = 7.0 Miles (the precision of the Marine Corp Honor Guard)
