My second Marathon. A reduction of 3 minutes from my first Marathon in 10/31/2011.
My goal was to run it in 3:30 or less. I am very disappointed by the time.
I ran very well and felt very confident until mile 20 when my energy subsided and on mile mile 22 I hit the wall. The lack of long practice runs that exceeded 20 miles surely came back to bite me.
