Tuesday 6/7 we will start a bit earlier as some need to be done earlier.....so 5:45am start ( yeah I know that's tough.....)
pyramid 400-800-800-1600-800-800-400 (3.5 miles of speed) recovery 400M (The 1600 will be open for discussion on Tuesday am....) (Don't let me get crazy on the last 400 either)
