Notes

Ran all of it with Tunde and most of it with Kelly and Nick.

Very good run. Good practice for the upcoming Parks Half Marathon.

We were trying to keep pace of 7:00-7:15, which we did except for the last 2 miles when I could start feeling the fatigue. One of the best long runs have done.
