Good long run. Started off decent then picked it up. Really good 5(7:17), 6(7:29), 7(7:17), 8(7:10), and 9(7:10) miles. Kind of fell apart after 9. Legs felt super dead. Both Makenzie and Marissa outkicked me. It's ok had one of the best long runs in a long while.
