First crack at a real interval workout with the Garmin. Turns out that 0.25 splits are too much granularity -- it makes the average lap pace useless until about 0.2mi.
First interval went long b/c I didn't have a distance set for lap 4.
Was supposed to be 3x, but I a) was short on time and b) chickened out. Got to find my headband, b/c skull cap is too damn warm. My ears freeze, but the rest of my head is a fucking furnace.
BTW, road flat and track flat are two different things. This is much harder to do on the road.
