Very strange run. Because there's something wrong with my TM, and it draws to much current and usually trips the breaker after about 10~15 minutes of 9-min miles. So to reduce the load on the treadmill, I ran extra-slow (10~12:00 /miles), and I increased the incline. Eventually, I got to a point where I was working pretty hard due to the incline, which started out at about 5%, but eventually made it to 11-12%. Overall, a better workout than expected, but I hate the slow pace.
