Notes
Met my two primary goals -- don't get hurt, and make it the distance without dropping a deuce. Mission Accomplished. Also met tertiary goal, which was to be <1 hour over PR.
Calf was a little tight early, so I backed off. Seemed to get better as I went along, and the stretch stops helped. A lot left in the tank cardio-wise, but damn was I glad to be done.
Officially 2:15:33.3 (for 10:21/mi) gun time, no mat time. averaged ~9:54 through the splits where I didn't stop to stretch.
