Notes

Good old 3-2-1 workout. Target was to run everything at current estimated I-pace (6:10/mi), and blast the last interval. Calves started getting tight, esp the left, so last interval was somewhat aborted. By the time I was finished, both calves hurt, so I did some serious pro-stretching afterward.
