Easy run with some 200m thrown in to make race pace feel slow. Mission accomplished -- I actually felt like a slug in that last rep when in fact I was still faster than 19~20min 5k pace. Quads felt a little tired, but hamstring and calf issues were non-existent. If I can drop another 10~15 pounds by this spring, I might really be able to haul ass.
Right forefoot is a little sore. Has been ever since I started the new shoes, but that also coincides with the faster running, which is probably the real issue.
