Another warm, muggy day. Little bit of rain helped. Ran sans Garmin for the second day in a row. And for the second day on a row, ran faster than expected. I tend to take it easier when I can see my pace, and tend to push a little when I don't know it. This is probably why I've gone out way too fast in so many races, but as long as I'm not killing myself, I don't see much harm.
