Pretty sluggish, but that's what 10 days'll do. A little too warm. Damn, I'm picky. Everyone else is loving it, and I'm bitching about it and wishing it was 42° and overcast.
Kept an eye on my cadence. Averaged 155 spm. Tried 180 at the same pace and felt (and looked) like a frigtard.
