This was a more of a struggle than I had hoped. I ran "paceblind", just trying to maintain a steady tempo and aiming for roughly 88-92% max HR. The first 10 minutes were pretty solid, but I faded big-time after that. So I'm in worse shape than I thought -- no big deal. It's not like I've been running much.
This is a decent benchmark. I hope to do these once/week or once every other week to inject a little quality into my winter mileage.
