Christ, this was my first run in over a month. It showed. "Ran" from Toyota to work, about 4 miles minus a cut corner. Hot as balls out there, sunny and humid. 80°F isn't *that* hot, but when you're fat, out-of-shape, wearing a backpack, and it's humid, it pretty much sucks ass.
