Notes
Felt good during mile one. Left calf cramped a little (inside) just after one mile. Stopped, stretched, and slowed way down. Had to stop a couple more times to stretch, but after about 1.5, it was hanging on. Kept it slow. Still a little sore even as I type this -- need to massage / trigger point tonight.
Probably ok to run tomorrow, but need to be slow out of the gate -- started a little too fast today.
