Kinda sucky. Ran the first one way too fast -- I may have been able to sustain a better pace overall had I run that one a little slower. Definitely not run at vVO2 max. Need to toughen up to get to a higher output level -- I didn't feel like I'm running fast, but I also don't feel like running faster.

Will I run Thurs? Probably not -- too much work for T-day dinner, and moving in to the house. But if I do, I'm pretty confident I can get under 20:00.

And since this ended up being exactly 5.50 covered total distance, this one's for you Ryan Shay. R.I.P.
