Awesome running weather. Found a nice steep hill near Old Stringfield Rd. Did 8 reps. The very first one was the full length (1/4). After I saw what I was up against, the rest were on the shorter, but steeper section at the top. Wasn't moving very quickly at any point up or down, but it was a good way to get some quality in despite the left hamstring acting up.
Reps consisted of running ~190m up, 15sec rest, jog down, 15sec rest, and do it 7 more times.
The worst I've felt after a workout in a long, long time as far as "good" workout pain goes. I felt much better after my last 5k race than I did today.
