Did 4x3 min at 10k goal pace with 3min R. Reps were done at 3% incline. During last interval, accelerated to 6:00/mi for the last 45 sec. Had wicked series of dry heaves for the last 15 seconds, as well as a few after hopping off the treadmill. Felt chunks at the back of my throat after the last one. Yeah, baby!
