I don't like these shoes so far.
They feel thin in the soles and too flimsy for my liking. My feet and lower legs fatigued around a 1/4 to 1/2 mile. I thought maybe my longer run the day before was the reason for the discomfort. So, I ran in my old shoes for two days and then tried the 858's again. No such luck.
There is a bulge in the right heel cup, a pressure point under the right foot pad at the ball of my foot and a ridge or valley creating discomfort down the center of the foot bed from toe to heel.
After 3+ miles I hope to take these back to the New Balance store and go get some Nikes. |
