Notes
Pretty cold but not too bad after a mile or so.
Took most of the work week off running and lifting. I was super fatigued, every workout was becoming a struggle. I figure after 2 months of lifting regularly, a rest week wasn't a bad idea. Unfortunately, I also let my diet go this week...oops.
Of course after not running for 4 or 5 days, I was so full of energy today. Figured I do an easy 4 today, and use my energy for a good long run tomorrow.
