Did the workout on the Boulevard course, then just ran circles around my high school a little bit to make the cool down longer added on a mile/mile and a half or so). Weather was perfect for the actual workout; didn't start raining until I was almost done with the cool down.
(Note: distances in each interval obviously aren't accurate...I really have no idea how long each interval was, I did the workout on the road, not a track. I just put in 1 mile each to make the error message happy.)
