3 x (200m, 400m, 400m, 400m, 200m) with odd rest distances inbetween. For each of the 3 sets, the first 400 was at 10k pace, second 400 at 5k pace, last 400 at mile pace.
Felt ~okay~. Got a bad calf cramp on the second to last 400, so the last 2 400s were kinda slow.
