Quick run, COLD, wish I brought my facemask. At least by balls stayed warm. Did my knee squats when I got home. Really should have stretched more before doing them. Getting something out of the fridge later I thought I was going to pull a hammie! But I think they were good.

Remember, dont let you knee go past your toes. And keep your back straight. Thats about it.
