Showed up late...
My Warmup:
150F = 150Yd
Main set: swim 50's on 1:01 intervals, but have to finish each set on :00. Once you can't make 50's anymore put on fins and keep going. Then once you can't make 50's with fins, take off fins and swim 25's until you can't make it.
Start on :00, then :01, then :02, and so on...
Completed:
19x50 = 950Yd
10x50 (w/fins) = 500Yd
16x25 = 400Yd
Failed on #17 = 25Yd
Warm Down:
150F easy = 150Yd
Total = 2175Yd
