Cooper Brick Workout

Nice ride tonight in the heat. Turned in some really nice consistent loop times with some good intervals mixed into each loop. Felt pretty strong but could really feel the heat. Ate a little too much cantaloupe before the workout and ended up tasting it several times along the way. Oops.
