Took yesterday off due to a slight pain in the abdomen for most of the day. I may have done a bit too much on Monday with the 160bpm HR.
Didn't feel great coming into this workout so took it really easy for the first 15-20 minutes. Put in 10+ minutes of 95 RPM's with my HR around 130-140. I felt pretty good overall, and happy to be doing something!
