Met Lifetime Fitness group for a ride. They ride out to the Collin County Courthouse on the north side of McKinney and do hill repeats on the service road of 75. It was definitely a smaller group and much less aggressive riders than the Saturday group (but I did ride with the A group on Saturday). I was definitely one of the top 3-4 riders in the group. I did 4 hill repeats and got some good work in on that. Brutal wind coming back to Lifetime after the hill repeats though!
