Did the group ride from Lifetime Fitness but only 4 showed including the 2 leaders. Mitch and I split off and pushed it hard to the courthouse and did 3 hill repeats. Then we took it easy for 2-3 miles and then kicked it back up again into the wind to get back to Lifetime. I had a nice constant burn as we rode back into the wind. Very good ride.
