Good workout today...got toasted by a bunch of 40-50 yr old women in my lane and they let me know it! It's crazy though because I'm coming out of the water in the top 25% at races against triathletes, but then I'm getting out-swum by well over 50% of the folks at the Master's swimming group...
Warmup:
3x100 R:10 after each - 300m
6x50 R:10 after each - 300m
Kick/Drill/Swim:
2x150 (50K, 50D, 50S) - 300m
Main Set:
2x700 F on 15:00 - 1400m
Warmdown:
4x50 F - 200m
