Shoulders/Legs

Decent workout. Didn't try and kill myself since I haven't done shoulders/legs in a while. Definitely need to up the weight on a number of these exercises next week. I would have just done more sets/reps but had to be back to work at 1pm.

Good muscles to SS. Your calf machine might be different but I am doing 100lbs on mine. Up that weight and see what you can do.
