RSI14: Bike Speed Intervals
8 x 1min 30sec at speed intensity (1hr 50min workout target)
I hopped on the trainer for some speed intervals tonight. I knew I wasn't going to go the full 1hr 50min before I started, but I at least wanted to get a good 15 min warmup, the 8 intervals, and a 15 min warmdown. I finished the intervals and Law & Order SVU still had 30min left so I decided to ride until the show was over. Good way to add some time to the workout w/o really noticing.
