Phase 1: Week 1, Workout 1: Chest, Triceps, Calves

Started a 12-week micro linear workout plan that I got from Keith. Did this workout up at Cooper Clinic (free membership for month of May!). The standing around waiting between sets was torture to me, but I absolutely needed the rest between sets. Not used to doing that high # of reps at all! I felt torn up afterward.
