Good ride this morning with some AWESOME weather! Unbelievable...it was 67 degrees when I left the house! Crazy. Had a great ride. Had to put my HED3 wheels on the tri bike (since I modified the cassette on my regular wheels and moved it to the road bike). It's always amazing how much racing wheels help. AVG speed went up by 0.7mph from previous rides..and I wasn't pushing nearly as hard as usual. Some of that could be weather related, but still, it just made the ride feel easier.
