Brick run. Didn't feel great but pretty decent times after putting 30+ miles on my legs. I was drained when I started this. I've got to start taking my S-caps again (had salt all over me afterward) and need to start carrying water too. I was hungry before I started the bike, so was running on empty. Pushed through, but was glad I opted for 2 miles instead of 3.
