Chest/Back Supersets

Went up to FL with Keith and did a weights workout together. Just followed his chest/back superset workout he had planned. Basically, as soon as you finish a set of chest, you do a set of back and then take <1 min break and do another chest set and so on. Good stuff. I am weak sauce.
