Chest, Triceps, Calves

Took up LA Fitness for a free 1-hr personal training session for what I thought was a strength test at all the major lifts. What a waste of time. The guy really didn't know much and was not very helpful at all. Lots of "Well, what do you want to do next?" and he never wrote anything down or recorded my weights or anything. I ended up just doing my workout with him watching me but unfortunately had wasted a bunch of time on the front end and didn't get everything in. Boo.
