BRW8A: (1 hr 15 min bike / 30 min run) - bike and run @ high aerobic intensity
Pushed hard on the run despite some stomach problems...I presume from cramming too many GU chomps down during the bike. Dang coyotes made me alter my route...their eyes sure are eerie when you catch them with your headlamp in the pitch black!
Left achilles/calf gave me a good amount of trouble, especially during my last mile so I cut it 5 min short and walked home.
