Weather was misting rain- dew point was around 61.
Things to work on for next race:
1. adjust finishing time if weather not perfect;
2. start slower on the longer distances of half marathon and marathon and work into goal pace slowly;
3. go more in carbs vs. salads the week of the race;
4. Friday before the race, need to relax more physically and mentally;
5. didnt have Salt Stick electrolytes or Endurolytes; Fleet Feet was out and my order was lost;
6. too much warm up.
7. breakfast was cliff bar and banana; next time, try a bagel with peanut butter, banana and gatorade;
8. may adjust workouts 7 days out; may have been too much.
