Notes

The herculean mental aerobics it took to keep me in the game this morning were proof of my loss of fitness in the last 6 weeks. 1mile w/u @ 8:55, next mile @ 7:31, next mile was .25 mile game of deciding if I truely was going to suck but pulled it together the last .75 for a 7:47 avg. repeat the same thing the next mile @ 7:44, held steady the next 2 miles @7:31 and 7:28. I'm looking at a 3:35 marathon...at best. gah.
