2 w/u, 7@ 7:26, 1 cd. LT paces were7:30-7:24 and were really hard. I'm starting to realize I'm just better running longer/slower than I ever will be at running fast. I just realized that there is 2 weeks, not 1, between the 50k and SG so I'm still hopeful that I can do a 3:30.
