My 3rd time on the eliptical and I finally went hands free, which also made me feel more like I was running. Did .10 mile intervals during miles 2 and 4. That was the best workout I've had in months. It was a little sad being inside, going nowhere, when outside it was 68, clear/sunny, with the smell of sea spray and sunscreen...I'd dearly loved to have been out there running.
