I feel like I need about 15 minutes to explain all of the little bunny trail thought processes that led me to this particular workout. To wrap it up, I ended up doing 6X 3 min @10k with 1 to 2 min rest between. 7:15, 7:00, 7:13, 7:08, 7:17, 7:14. I think this may have been to ambitious of me to try bit I am happy/satisfied with the results.
