Notes

No Garmin so the time is off. I'm running really slow...feet are still numb. Tomorrow starts a new month and I'm going to dig in for a 31 in 31 day challenge. Probably really short 3-5-8 miles at a time, really slow, but every day. Might be the jump start I need.
