Notes
So...it was snowy. About half to a full inch of snow on the ground. So I ran to Tilles Park, did a couple loops, and headed home. Used my YakTrax for the first time all year. I think I woulda been fine without them though. Oh well.
My popliteus was super tight/sore, probably from yesterday, but worsened from the snow. That wasn't fun.
Other than that, it was a pretty nice run. Peaceful, since there was no wind, and snow was falling.
