Notes
Lovely run. I was definitely tired from the quarters this morning, but after 2-3 miles, I loosened up, and felt great. The temps were perfect, and it was just as the sun was starting to go down. I ran to Fenton City Park, and the path and park were packed. There was youth soccer, tee ball, frisbee, dog walking, roller blading, biking, jogging, and more going on. Quite the lovely run.
Heck, I was feeling so spry, I ran a 6:59 up the monster hill! I was surprised. So, yeah...good times. It was awesome outside.
I could feel that fall is coming, which I love.
