Amazing what 15 degrees cooler will do for a run. Felt pretty good, actually. Ran from the St. Charles store up to Francis Howell North...and felt like jumping on the track, so I put 2 miles in on the track, then went back. Not too shabby at all.
It was overcast for the most part, but, the instant the sun came out, you could tell it got a couple degrees warmer, so I'm glad it was overcast for most of it.
I saw Eric in the FF Box Truck drive down Muegge as I was about a mile from being done. He honked at me. Probably because he noticed I was sexy.
Two kids, I think football players, were doing some type of workout on the track. They did some stuff together, but then split up for a bit.
About it for noteworthy stuff.
