Ran w Jeff. Seriously the most perfect running weather EVER. Beautiful. We jammed through the first 10 miles but then slowed A LOT at the end (but ran the last mile or so pretty well). My feet hurt a good bit but I kind of liked the tread on the cascadias. Wish I could ice and rest tonight but have to go to a party, so...later.
