Notes
On my training plan I had a tempo planned for today. I wanted to stick to my plan, but didn't exactly tempo this run. I went out a little harder than usual. Taking my first mile in about 6:47, and that was what led to me falling apart near the end of the run. I need to focus more on staying on a legit pace through the beginning, and then picking up later on. I'm still pretty happy with my run though, and pumped to keep up my progress!
